I recently ordered a 4 pocket spreader bar carrier that had a minor manufacturing defect. I notified Nantucket Bound and they immediately started to process of sending me a new item. I offered to send back the defective item but they said not to worry about it, and a new one was on its way the following day.  That are now my ÃÆ’¢â‚¬Å“go toÃÆ’¢â‚¬Â guys!
